My favourite lesson in school

Hello. I am going to talk about my favourite lesson is school. It is none other than home economics! I really like home economics because it is the subject with the least stress. Although home economics is only on wednesday, it lasts for 3 periods which is actually quite a lot. Home economics is really interesting because we get to cook food and sometimes even bake. Usually I do not get the chance to do this at home so it is really very enjoyable for me to be able to do it in school. Today is we had home economics because it is wednesday. We made peanut butter cookies today and I was thrilled because I love cookies. In my opinion, I think that baking is much easier than cooking because when we cook we have to get ready plenty of ingredients and the time taken to cook the food must be exact if not the food will be either over cooked or still raw whereas for baking, the oven do the job and we do not have to touch or do anything while the cookies or muffins bake. I also think that scoring an A1 is easiest in home economics because the things we have to do is very easy so scoring high isn't much of a problem for anyone. However home economics can be very troublesome at times as we have to bring a lot of things like towels, containers, apron, bandanna and most importantly the home economics textbook where all the ingredients to cook our food. As my partner is Justin, we both would be very happy if our end product is successful. Ok, that is all for now as I have to sleep already!

My first match for the soccer competition

Hi! Today I am going to blog about my first match for the soccer competition. It was a great start to the competition as we won like 7-0 or 8-0. During half-time the score was 5-0 and I did not keep track after that already. It was a good match as it boosted our confidence and hopefully we can produce this score for all our matches. I scored 3 and it was a good start for me as well. I really enjoyed playing today although the weather was very hot and it was very tiring. I hope I will be able to score more in the next few matches so the team can win more. I do not have much to talk about this match as it was kind of a one sided match because we were attacking 3 quarters of the time. However I do not think our following matches will not be this easy as we will be facing schools like tkss which are considered one of the favourites to win the competition. That will be all for now and I hope to blog even more next time.

Something that happened in school today

Hello!  I am tremendously excited to write on my blog again! I truly am enjoying myself writing on my blog. I am going to talk about something that happened in school today. My teachers changed our seats. Now I really dislike lessons now because I am not close to the new person I am seating next to now. Whenever I have questions, I would not want to ask the person next to me now because the person and I do not even know each other much. If I start asking the person next to me a lot of questions, he would think I am stupid. However my friends that know me would not mind because they already know I am not that smart and try to help me. Also by seating next to my friends, lessons would definitely be more fun and we can share tips and information among each other. By seating next to an unknown person would surely not help me at all. Although when seating next to my friends we might talk a little bit more but I hope that is not the reason my teachers are changing most of our seats as that happens naturally. Currently my seat is on the extreme left of the class which, without any doubt, is one of the worst places to seat in class. I really preferred my old seat which is right in the middle of the classroom. I can not take any pictures of my new seat because using my phone in class is strictly prohibited. There are still many negative effects by seating at my new seat. Like having to feel the heat when it is 12p.m. because the sun will shine directly at me! Anyway that is all I have to say. I have to sleep early because tomorrow is my first match of my soccer competition! I certainly will blog on tomorrow's match!

Something unusual in school

Hi! This is my third blog post on my blog! As I blog more and more, I am starting to like it a lot! Anyway, something unusual happened in school today because I finally got my school soccer jersey. It definitely was not easy to earn a place in the squad as only 20 people would be chosen. Everyone had to work very hard even during last year's end-of-year holiday to earn their place in their squad. By training so hard, a little part of my studies got affected but I think to be successful, we have to try to do our best both in our studies and the CCA we are in. On 18th of January, the soccer coach made his decision. I was really really ecstatic that my hard work had paid off. However it was also quite sad that some of my best friends in soccer did not get chosen. However no matter how much I love soccer, I also should not neglect my studies. Because of the soccer competition, I might have to leave class earlier on certain days and that results in me missing lessons, and after the matches I will come home late and will also be very tired but I still have to do my school homework. Discipline will be very important here so I can have success in both my studies and in soccer. I will be wishing my teachers will not give lots of homework! Alright that is it for now! I am absolutely sure I will be blogging more in the future! Until then, bye!!! 

What I do on a boring day

Hello! This is the second post of my blog! Yesterday was a very boring day as it was Saturday and I did not go anywhere. So besides playing video games and doing homework, I read a book! The title of the book is "Mao's Last Dancer". Actually when I first saw this book, I thought it was a boring book. But I still bought it anyway. After reading the first few pages, it was actually very interesting. Soon, I was stuck to the book. I could not put it down and in the end, I read the whole book in a two hours. The book is has 325 pages and thus took me quite long to finish it but it was worth it. After reading the book, I still had nothing to do. So I did all my homework that my teachers gave me for the weekend. The amount of homework given to us was a lot. I took around an hour and a half to complete everything. The math homework was very hard so i spent most of my time doing homework doing math. Unfortunately after doing my homework, I still had nothing to do. So i played my Xbox 360. I enjoy playing FIFA 11 on my Xbox because I love soccer. Time past quickly and soon I realised I have been playing for three hours already. I think boring days are the best to do the things I enjoy as I have all the time I need for my pastimes. But during weekdays I do not have much free time so I have to appreciate my weekends.

My Thoughts About Blogging

Hello people this is my first post of this blog. I just started blogging today as my teacher gave me an assignment which is very important because it will make up 50% of my CA1 english score. I think blogging is very interesting and I am sure I will have a good experience blogging. Making a blog is not complicated at all. Posting on the blog i created is very simple! I can start typing whatever I want in no time. I can also change the template and make the blog very nice. As this blogging assignment makes up part of my english score for CA1 exams, I will try my best not to make any grammatical errors in my posts on this blog. Having this blog also allows me to express myself and let people know my feelings.

Blogging is like writing in a diary, except that we are not writing on a piece of paper. Some people might keep their diary just to themselves, unlike a blog which you can allow people to read what you write. A blog also lets us choose the font we want and the text colours too! Teenagers nowadays might not enjoy writing in diarys as it is very modern now and they probably enjoy using a computer more then writing in a book.
